Evolution of Cinderella in Film

There's been a lot of versions of this one particular Princess, and I find it really fascinating when comparing and contrasting the different versions. I thought it would be fun to do a character evolution type of thing like Jeff Victor or Tell it Animated. There are literally HUNDREDS of Cinderella adaptations out there, and to make this easier on myself, I decided to stick to film adaptations, and narrowed down the number to nine. The first being the 1922 animated short by Lotte Reiniger, and the last being the live action remake of the classic Disney movie. There were a lot of versions I wanted to include, like The Slipper and the Rose or Ella Enchanted, but decided to omit because their costumes were either too similar to others on this list or not very remarkable.
